KRC 10 Year Gem Winner

Lynsay Sands' Argeneau Series, with Special Mention, Under a Vampire Moon and One Lucky Vampire

March 2017

I can remember when I first heard the blurb for a new book by Lynsay Sands - it was about a male romance novelist who goes to a romance conference. Oh, and he was a vampire.

Thus was the beginning of Lynsay Sands' Argeneau series. The story, Single, White, Vampire, although published first, is actually book three in a series that as of March 28, 2017 includes twenty-five full-length novels, and two short stories.

Full of family, suspense, fun, laughter and romance, I have enjoyed each story I have read. However, there have been two that have been particular standouts.

Under A Vampire Moon, a 2013 KRC GEM winner has to be one of the funniest stories I have ever read. Carolyn has gone to St. Lucia for a vacation after a bitter divorce and falls for a much younger man. At least he appears much younger... You can read my review here Under a Vampire Moon

One Lucky Vampire, a 2014 KRC Gem winner, is a much more emotional story. When he was 18, Stephano Notte had learned his family had lied to him. They were vampires. He was not, nor did he wish to become one. Then that decision was taken away from him, and he was a vampire. You can read my review here One Lucky Vampire

Lynsay Sands has offered up prizes. There will be 2 different winners. Just be a member of my newsletter by March 31.

Welcome

I truly enjoy sharing my love of reading. This site was started to allow me to share some of my favorite books. I hope that if you look around and find that you agree with some of my selections (see my reviews), that you will return and hopefully find new authors. I plan on having periodic "Recommended Reads" lists that will include books I recommend, as well as suggestions by visitors to this site. I will also keep you up-to-date on different upcoming events, special offers, etc.

As you look around, I'm still learning my way around HTML, etc. If you see any errors, typos, please e-mail me.

My Personal Disclaimer

Boy Meets Girl, They Fall in Love, and the two of them live Happily Ever After. This is the content for any book I believe is a true Romance Genre novel. The books that I recommend, or have reviews posted for will follow that format, unless I note otherwise. Granted we may know the outcome of a Romance Genre Novel, but it is the journey the characters take that is the reason we read these books. The Happily Ever After doesn't mean they're all vampires... Just means that the future is open to them, even if it is set 500 years in the past - we don't need to know their final chapter in life. At times I have have Recommend Reads by visitors to this site - I cannot guarantee that they meet my criteria for a Romance Genre Novel.
