Ella's day had gone from bad, to worse, to unimaginable. She had survived a car accident to be accosted by the man who she hoped would help her. Then a pack of dogs rescued her, but in fact they had been wolves. One of which had accidentally turned her into a werewolf.
Being a werewolf wouldn't be so bad. The problem was that she couldn't change back. Luke, the werewolf who had changed her, assured her that it was just a matter of time. Until then, Ella would learn how to be the wolf part of being a werewolf. After all, she already knew the human part. She could get the hang of it, she just had to keep in mind that Luke was only helping her because this was his fault. He was a nice guy, and there was no chance of him ever being attracted to her.
The Wolf Watcher's Diet was an entertaining twist to the werewolf romance. Ella was temporarily stuck in her new "wolf" form, but that didn't stop her from falling even further for Luke. But she held no illusions that he saw her as anything more than a friend. I enjoyed the story, although I would have preferred third person so we could have had Luke's POV as well.
